Coffee and Mornings is a collection of Raymund Tamayo’s reflections and personal accounts written from March 2008 to February 2010. These stories were published in his old Multiply blog, Up On The Roof, until the site was taken down in 2012.

These fifty-plus essays were written before Raymund embraced minimalism, a philosophy in life about removing all of life's excesses and distractions in order to focus on a life of purpose and impact.

Written with complete honesty and full of love, he considers this book as the appetizer to that main course of finally discovering the most important things in life.
